  Had everything we needed, was clean and the breakfast was lovely. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Gym and sauna on site was a nice touch. Central location but extremely quiet! Overall great stay and would definitely stay again.

  Had a great 4 days here last week facilitating a corporate event, great facilities and lunch. Shout out to Evelina you looked after us all brilliantly and was on call if needed, world class service from her.

  My stay at the B&B Hotel Derby was genuinely one of the most refreshing hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time—and that’s saying something, given how often I’m on the road. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. From the moment I arrived, there was a warmth and positivity that felt completely genuine. Every interaction was met with a smile, a willingness to help, and an attitude that nothing was too much trouble. It’s rare to find a team so consistently friendly and proactive—they don’t just do their jobs, they go above and beyond to make your stay better in ways you don’t even expect. The hotel itself has a clean, modern aesthetic that immediately stands out. I hadn’t come across this brand before, but it’s clear they’ve put real thought into creating a space that feels both contemporary and comfortable. The rooms are well-equipped, thoughtfully laid out, and genuinely relaxing—exactly what you need after long days of travelling. A special mention has to go to the restaurant as well. The food was of very good quality, far exceeding what you might typically expect from a hotel setting. It’s clear that care and attention goes into both the menu and the execution. Having stayed in countless hotels, it’s easy to become a bit indifferent—but this was different. The combination of exceptional staff, comfortable surroundings, and great food made this a standout experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
